Cicless aims to display on its website descriptions and images related to the goods sold as realistic as possible.

PURCHASE ORDER CATWALK ITEM

The purchase order will be submitted after the catwalk , the items will be produced in the following months , the delivery date will be communicated by the manufactures

Cicless is not responsible for delays , cancellations , or any changes applied to the item in the finishing process.

ORDER VINTAGE

Vintage order will be shipped within 72 h. And delivered within 3 or 7 working days.

The delivery might be delayed to shipment location or bank holiday.

Additional information about the client might be required it may occur that authorities ( such as U.S customs) will ask for additional info before releasing the delivery to the client. If when the client refuses to provide the information required the package can’t be delivered and will be sent back to our warehouse in that specific case the shipping cost will be charged to the client.

Cicless will pay shipping costs in case the product is damaged in any way. According to the stock level we can proceed with a replacement or a full refund   once the unwanted item reaches our warehouse

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

In case of a return due to a mistake of our warehouse ,the return shipping costs will be fully refunded . The item should be returned using the return label included in the package , other return methods won’t returns, be refunded in case you can’t find the label in the package you may request it to our customers service customercare@cicless.com

The item’s conditions should be intact , it may not be returned if used or modified

RETURN MODE

11. Within 5 days from delivery you can login to your cycles account, click on orders and submit a return request. We kindly ask you to mention the reason of the return.

44. We will notify you once we proceed with  a refund with will be 24 hours after we receive the goods in our warehouse 

For non Eu Customers, starting from 20.01.2017 whoever wishes to return a shipment will be charged with euro 30,00 for each returned item. The fee will be discounted from the amount to be refunded. We will produced with a refund once the goods are processed by our warehouse.

The return won’t be accepted in case:

 

-     The item has been used

-     The item has been cooled or modified

-     The item is sent without the original label

-     The item is damaged in any way

Penal 30% returns within 15 days
